(More customer reviews)I needed a longer cable, and I was looking for good quality without breaking the bank. I read lots of reviews about the super expensive cables that supposedly made a drastic improvement in the sound from the instrument, and I checked out the endless varieties of cables available from all the online music retailers who sell the high end cables as well as the el-cheapo ones. I wasn't familiar with Spectraflex, and you won't find their products on sale from your usual music retailers. So I checked out their website, and I was impressed with their offerings and the fact that their only business is making cables, and maybe also that they don't mass market. This cable is not their top of the line, but it works great (I think I can honestly say it sounds a little bit better than my other quality cable that is half its length). I would not hesitate to buy another Spectraflex cable. In my opinion they make an excellent product at a reasonable price.
